Adam sat his Stage One (now Level Two) in 1999. He then took his
qualifications to America working back to back winters for 6 years. Over
this time Adam worked at and visited a number of US resorts but by no
mistake ending up 'where the beer flows like wine' in Aspen Mountain
Colorado.
By 2002 Adam was an Examiner and is currently the Technical Director for
the SBINZ and was the Vice President for the NZSIA from 2008 till 2010.
Adam is now based at Cardrona and lives in Wanaka.
As well as examining at Level One, Two, Three and Trainers
Certification, Adam also has Coaching and Freestyle qualifications.
Aside from running Transition, Adam is the National Director of Coaching
and Sport Development for Snow Sports New Zealand, which is the umbrella
organisation for snow sports in NZ.
