The terms and conditions below apply to all reservations.
- A non-refundable deposit of $1000 per person is due with registration.
The final balance is due 30 days before the registered course’s start
date.
- No refund or part refund of the final balance will apply under any
circumstances for any cancellations made within 30 days of the start
date or for parts of the registered course that are unattended
incomplete or unused.
- All participants must be 18 years or over before
the start date of the registered course.
- Transition Snowsports
reserves the right to modify dates, prices, schedules and course content
at any time without notice.
- All participants should have travel
insurance spanning the length of their travel.
- Transition Snowsports will not be held responsible for any costs incurred through
injury, including not completing, participating or using any part of the
registered course.
- Transition Snowsports reserves the right to
refuse, cancel, withdraw or accept any participant at any time.
